Payment and Delivery

Upon purchase, payment will be deducted from your account, and the item will be dispatched or the virtual product will be created, unless otherwise agreed or specified in the order. Sales to customers in Norway include value-added taxes. Sales to customers outside Norway are priced excluding taxes. Therefore, there may be fees and taxes for the customer in the recipient country, which is the customer's responsibility.

The website uses the following currencies for prices: United States currency - American dollar (USD).

The delivery time for your order is estimated as follows:

- US: 14-29 business days
- Canada: 14-29 business days
- Europe: 7-21 business days
- Norway: 3-5 business days

Items not collected at the pickup location within the deadline will be returned by the shipping company. The return will be invoiced to the customer with 25 American dollar (USD) if the package has a value of less than 200 American dollar (USD) to cover the seller's actual costs such as handling costs, processing costs, and shipping costs. The return will be invoiced to the customer with 35 American dollar (USD) if the package has a value of more than 200 American dollar (USD) to cover the seller's actual costs such as handling costs, processing costs, and shipping costs.

Unclaimed packages are not the same as the use of the right of withdrawal.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel the purchase, ANNASOFIAVINTERSOL.COM offers a full refund for 14 days on items purchased on the website under the mail order withdrawal law. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital downloadable items or Physical Custom Made-to-order Items. The 14-day period starts from the day the order is delivered. The cancellation request must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and be with us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal. Return costs are covered by the customer and sent with tracked shipping to the pickup location.

The return package is accompanied by an RMA number which you will receive from us via email.

Returns and Refund

You are responsible for the condition of the product and for any reduced value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the received goods. If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. It is up to ANNASOFIAVINTERSOL.COM to evaluate the condition of the item.

Condition for Refund

1. All products must be successfully returned to the Shop.

2. Proof of damage during shipping must be provided to the Shop.

3. Posten, USPS, or other official mailing service must declare in writing that the shipment has been “LOST” (proof must be provided to the Shop).

No refunds will be honored without at least one of the above. Shipping is not refunded unless it is the Shop's error. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Warranty on Physical Products
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to Norwegian sales law. The warranty covers all defects in software, material, and fabrication. Complaints regarding faults and deficiencies must be reported to ANNASOFIAVINTERSOL.COM within a reasonable time of 30 days after the goods are received. The complaint forfeits the warranty if the goods are mishandled or used unusually. The customer must cover return costs themselves. Warranty claims will not be accepted if they are sent via cash on delivery. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.

If this fails, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. www.forbrukerradet.no.

You are registered in our customer catalog. You can delete your information at any time. In order for you to enter into an agreement with ANNASOFIAVINTERSOL.COM, we need the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the order to you. The following external tools and third parties are used: Instagram, Pinterest, Google Analytics, YouTube, Facebook, Meta Pixel, Paypal, Stripe, and Mailchimp.
