Payment and Delivery

Upon purchase, payment will be deducted from your account, and the item will be dispatched from the warehouse or the virtual product will be created, unless otherwise agreed or specified in the order. Sales to customers in Norway include value-added taxes. Sales to customers outside Norway are priced excluding taxes. Therefore, there may be fees and taxes for the customer in the recipient country, which is the customer's responsibility.

The website uses the following currencies for prices: United States currency - American dollar (USD).

The delivery time for your order is estimated as follows:

- US: 14-29 business days
- Canada: 14-29 business days
- Europe: 7-21 business days
- Norway: 3-5 business days

Items not collected at the pickup location within the deadline will be returned by the shipping company. The return will be invoiced to the customer with 25 American dollar (USD) if the package has a value of less than 200 American dollar (USD) to cover the seller's actual costs such as handling costs, processing costs, and shipping costs. The return will be invoiced to the customer with 35 American dollar (USD) if the package has a value of more than 200 American dollar (USD) to cover the seller's actual costs such as handling costs, processing costs, and shipping costs.

Unclaimed packages are not the same as the use of the right of withdrawal.
