You are responsible for the condition of the product and for any reduced value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the received goods. If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. It is up to ANNASOFIAVINTERSOL.COM to evaluate the condition of the item.
Condition for Refund
1. All products must be successfully returned to the Shop.

Condition for Refund
1. All products must be successfully returned to the Shop.
2. Proof of damage during shipping must be provided to the Shop.
3. Posten, USPS, or other official mailing service must declare in writing that the shipment has been “LOST” (proof must be provided to the Shop).
No refunds will be honored without at least one of the above. Shipping is not refunded unless it is the Shop's error. Once a purchase has been refunded, the buyer will then have the option to repurchase the items. This is for inventory reasons and cannot be avoided. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
